It has been on the market a long time considering this market is so strong. The bathrooms need over hauls but all the kitchen needs is new appliances and countertops. I can't understand why it has been on the market for 272 days. it really looks like a "good bones house". It was built in 1965 and is on the golf course where a major tournament is held. All the houses in the neighborhood are more expensive.

We are going to see and possibly purchase a reproduction Wythe House. Hi. I am having a hard time choosing a paint color for my Living room. I have Revere pewter in my kitchen and dining area. My couch is a linen fabric with linen and red colors (french country) and my grand piano is also in this room and is cherry wood. The cherry wood and red in my couch is making it difficult. I’m trying to go with the farmhouse look throughout the house but, like the idea of my front room being more formal. I need it to flow. I have Stonington Gray in the stairway going to the basement which is visible and a formal but farmhouse chandelier hanging in stairway which has the weather white wood and gold accents. The hallway I’m considering gray owl or pale oak. I keep going back and forth. The kitchen and dining are not visible to front room so the revere pewter is not seen. The hallway however is seen in front room and in the kitchen area. Any suggestions for a paint color in the hallway and in the Living Room. Thank you.

In reply to Janice.

Hi.
