Well here are the photos from my daughter Emily’s beautiful bridal shower. Thanks to alot of friends and my family I was able to pull it off. The shower turned out to be a dream of mine realized because of all of the support plus my crazy creative and driven brain which doesn’t want to slow down! LOL!
I cleared out my showroom to have all of the ladies sit at tables and eat their lunch in there. I set up the tables. Some were old or messed up but with the damask tablecloths you couldn’t tell. I had some of the painted chairs and I ended up painting some more old chairs, off white or pale blue so that the theme continued.
I polished silver plate and accented the tables with the salt and pepper shakers and a few other items.
I pulled out all of the crystal and silver plate I had. I borrowed some too. ( I hardly ever use this).
I had so many different patterns of blue and white china that we used that. Each table had a different arrangement and group of dishes. I had these little chair place card holders to use as decorations.
A flower arrangement from the yard (plus the roses) from my friend Doris.
This long narrow table was where the bridesmaids sat. I tied the napkins with a simple ribbon from Joann’s.
These centerpieces were made of epimedium from my yard, viburnum from Doris’s yard, roses and tulips from Produce Junction and leftover daisies that my friend Mary Ellen had. We made little bouquets in plastic drink cups and set them in those 10 compartment galvanized caddies that I have.
Here is a top down view of that centerpiece.
This centerpiece was similar but the arrangements were made in willow tea cups and placed in a round caddy.
